This letter is in recommendation of Garnett Hamilton and Hamcrest inspections. Garnett performed and inspection of our new house in September 2004. We were very impressed by his level of friendliness and courtesy from his first moment inside the house. Throughout the inspection, he explained everything he did and saw in detail. We could tell that he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. We found Garnett to be very thorough and meticulous in all aspects of the inspection, in both the interior and exterior of the house.

When finished, he provided a detailed written list of all of his findings as well as a CD complete with the same list and accompanying pictures for future use and reference; this was a valuable tool when speaking with our builders.

Above all this, during a very heavy rainstorm during which we discovered some flaws in one of our windows, we called Garnett for a professional opinion. This was an urgent matter. He arrived at our house in less than an hour and was able to do what we needed of him.
