An inspection is only as good as the report which you have to read afterwards. We believe that your report needs to include details where there are issues to be addressed and that this detail is best presented in a narrative format. However, much of the report covers areas of the home where there are no issues and this portion of the report should be concise so that attention can quickly be focused on the issues that do need attention.
To this end, our report is a combination style report; a mix of checklist and narrative style to efficiently convey to you what you need to know about the property that has been inspected. Following the advice that a picture is worth a thousand words, a sample report is available for your review.
